Keith, I just checked and everything installed by the full d/l
(29+meg) is updated by the individual sections of the
runtime/toolkit/sample collection EXCEPT: the ICAT debugger code is not
included, the UNINSTALL directories and contents are missing, and it
does not build the destop folders. It is only 11+ megs for all three
sections.
More importantly, tho, is that there are 3 or 4 DLL's that are
required and I don't see them in the packages. One is a new
TRUETYPE.DLL, a LIBUNI.DLL, UNCONV.DLL, and I think one other. You may
have to first get the full load installed before you can successfully
use the runtime.exe updates just because of this. It was worth the
effort here, as the speed increase is IMPRESSIVE, even over JAVA1.1.1.
