Right, I now understand. Most internet access is via dial-up modem 
connections, a small amount via dial-up ISDN. I am hoping to go the ISDN 
route soon myself. ADSL has just entered comercial test phase here, and is 
going to be ridiculously expensive. Hopefully that will change when/as it 
becomes more popular.

It is not perfect, but is pretty good. And those whose english is perfect, 
are few and far between.
