The HP Biz Inkjet cartridges do NOT have a reset mechansim that the 
personal printers often have.

The HP Biz jet printers DO have a counter for the number of POWER ON 
insertions that occur.

Moral of the story, ALWAYS power down the printer before installing a 
new/refilled ink cartridge.
