aren't you doing that binkps thing? is it a per node setting for outbound? do
you need to run two binkp mailers, one normal and one as binkps on another
port, for inbound?

i've not messed with binkps as i don't really see the need... i mean, it isn't
like we're transferring state secrets or similar :shrug:
