There is a travelling vet named Dr. Wayne Beasley who is located in
Williams(burg?)(ton?) Michigan. (I don't recall the city name, but I
know it's near Lansing, MI.) He does make housecalls, works some
weekends, travels a long way (he comes to the Detroit area regularly--he
has a large clientel he's built up down in this area). He will
surgically sex your birds AT YOUR HOME--no need to take them to a "dirty
vet clinic".
I was allowed to watch him do sexing on a friend's birds a couple years
back. He's fast and clean. And if you get him to come to your house
FIRST in the day, it'd be about as safe as it could get regarding
disease transmission from other sites. I don't know his charges, right
offhand, but you could call for info. 517-655-3968
