I would run Scandisk to completion, and see how it comes out.  If you have an 
abnormally large number of bad sectors, I would talk to a technician.  if it 
is high.  Thirty is more then I would normally expect, but not unreasonable.
if you have Windows 95, be sure and use 32 bit utilities, not those from dos 
6.22.
