Yup, doesn't appear the least bit compatable as the new
bookmark utility has more _features_
I'll just load it into notepad and copy and paste _after_
setting up individual bookmarks folders.

That's my trick. I _can_ move the box to the lower of three 
shelves but the monitor stays on top.
Second monitor won't sync to the H.P. but is fine with
the NEC.
BTW the manual I've got says I can install 98 over
3.1 and retain those settings  but the drive in the NEC is just too
small. Going to try and find a name retailer locally
who's got PC100 72 pin tin RAM DIMM's in stock and worry about
the new hard drive on the NEC later.
