It wouldn't have a problem with the modem if it could find the modem. This
gets into a quaint and interesting discussion about a program running in a
DOS box in Windows - Windows still has control of the ports and properly
redirects what these DOS programs are doing to the correct port. Procomm,
though, is a Windows program that _doesn't_ use the TAPI interface - and
therefore _you_ have to know what "virtual" comm port Win95 has selected for
the modem. If you configure it properly it will work - but configuring it
properly may be a chore.
Trust me - regular modems don't need "drivers" under Win95.
