subject: Rules in other language?

Hello, mark! How are you doing?

In my humble opinion this is an excellent idea. If rules of the echo are gonna
be in many other languages I guess more people would come here to talk. Even
if they don't know English, they can always find someone, who can talk in
their native language and in English and ask him to ask something in the echo.

It doesn't matter. This is an independent echo, am I right? :-) So why should
we look in other echoes to understand what do we gotta do in our echo, right?

As for me, I'm ready to give any help you need in translation the rules of the
echo into Russian. Just tell me when you are ready to do that and I'm gonna do
my part.
