contract unless my family was starving :-)
I did some development in Access 1 and was disappointed in performance,
utility, and speed. Although I am a registered user of V7 now I still
develop products for my customer in V2. His machines are to old and
slow for Win95/NT.

Don't know anything about them, I pulled the data from a local
bookstores database.
BTW, I found the original Microsoft manuals to be better than some of
the commercial ones that I bought for V2. If I remember correctly V1
books were so-so.
There are a LOT of helpful experts on the UseNet NewsGroups for
Access. Give them a try...
