I think this is a bug in Quicken (v4, r2-7 for Windows):
I've added "Backup" to the icon bar so I can do a backup with one click of 
the mouse.  I do this each time after I use Quicken and edit data.  
However, about every ten times I quit out, Quicken says that I haven't done a 
backup recently and asks me to do so, even though I just did.  How can I make 
Quicken know about my backups?
