I have lately been writing script files in Q-Modem for Windows and
trying them out to learn more about them.  However, I am having trouble
getting the "WHEN TIME" command to work.  It is my understanding that if
the statement reads, for example:
when time 3:45am do
  call hot_rod
end when
then at 3:45 AM the program should execute the subprogram 'hot_rod'.
However, at the time I specify, the program does nothing.  Does anyone
know what I might be doing wrong?  I would appreciate your help.
