Making bread I do know. The trick is to add one or two
tablespoons of real mashed potatoes into the dough to feed the
yeast. Getting unbleached or high-gluten flour is another good
idea. The 'bleach' is actually chalk and kills the yeast. If
bleached flour is used double the amount of yeast from the
recipe.
