Now that I know which city you're talking about - I lived and worked in
Baltimore. Black people were cool with me being white there - and Indian
people were cool with me being white there - but the Indians didn't like
blacks one bit and they weren't shy about talking to me about it. Is that
racial harmony? I know Baltimore is a different city, but how different?

Columbia MD is the same scenario a few miles away.
