No -- correct, and you post the statistic that confirms that my city has
a complete mix of many races.  They do live together, peacefully, side
by side.

The rest of that stat is Asian 12.2%, Hispanic 7.3%, multi racial 5.1%,
native American 0.9% and other races 1.2%.  As I said, a mix of races
with Whites in the minority (but the largest percentage, i.e. purality).

In many parts of the country black and brown people are severely
discriminated against both socially and economically.  That is not the
way it should be,  but that is not the case in my city.
