And create index files, but I really don't know what to use.  I have a relase
of the HPT files, but have no clue where to start.  I've not had any luck
with tutorials or any basic instructions.  I'm using Ele/Win32 & IREX &
Fastecho.  So far I'm just routing netmail, but I would love to be able to
actually support nodelists.
