The driver used here are FETND.NIF (1364b) abd FETND.OS2 (62703b) My NIC would not work if I had more than 3 USB ports config'ed in config sys. Suggestions were that there is a irq conflict but I never bothered to trace that down as I do not need all that many USB's. So, you may want to try remming out all your USB stuff and give the NIC another try. I can't help you on the audio. ....
