Hi Ivy,
Well, on a minor point, it seems over so many decades there is
always coming to light some form of scandal. Cover-up. Governments always
seem to have something hidden. There was Watergate, there was this and
that, history is full of it. I would not always say "lying", in some cases
perhaps, I would rather call it 'not divulging'. Or rather a policy of 'we
are mute'. It is quite obvious. There is an illogical protection policy
around a subject that is officially regarded as nonsense.
There is also a collection of data by parties who profess no
interest in the subject. Again this is odd. These parties have shown that
when politely asked they admit to no data, and when forced, suddenly they
have data. Again an oddity. To myself that spells "policy". The policy
is simple, only admit to data, if absolutely necessary. But why. That is
the key question, why not freely hand it out, this subject has been termed
a non security issue. This UFO business is a sham according to official
position. A skeptic may reason that intel procedures could be compromised,
that is unlikely, since intel procedures have to change within a certain
time period. Therefore on older files, there is no danger of exposure. Yet
these files are still classified. So it likely your analysis is accurate.
There is more here than meets the eye. Not that I concur with say Roswell
etc, for my own reasons, but let us just say the intel organizations have
some data.........
Happy Trails,
Fred.
