Would appreciate that info as I'm using ecs 1.2 & com.sys.   SIO
didn't come with that version, although I do have a copy laying
around somewhere.

com.sys worked well with my zoom fax.  I don't use a dialup
connection so the enhancements of sio aren't really so important to
me any longer and I'd rather not be required to use it.
