The point at which a law of physics is first realized is not
naive. The notion that we are so very much smarter now than
previous generations is naive.

You fluctuate between attempts to sound knowledgeable and
levity. (yes my use of the word 'levity' _is_ a pun)

Possibly as with our other extremely stupid mistakes with
atomic radiation we only _think_ we shield them? Hmmm...?

No, I am not a monk. My first fitness trainer was an
ex-Navy Seal who joined the Shaolin monastery when he left the
Navy then dropped out a few years (3?) later. He was 'one of
those'. ;-)
