JN-> What I think you're missing here is that PB has a *big* job competing
JN-> with Visual Basic (I don't believe PB Windows' sales are doing that
JN-> well) - the OS/2 market for a BASIC compiler is wide open.

Joe... it's been explained by Dave. Nobody is doubting there is a needed
market. It's just a matter of priorities and common sense approach
to satisfying a larger market first, the Windows crowd.
It's a matter of sheer numbers, and dollars. The other good aspects
are when it comes around to OS/2 taking it's turn - Bob and the other
staff will have some experience under their belts and also the
needed technical information (such as what Dave asked for in this echo)
to get it right.
You're stating something everyone knows: Yes, there IS a market, right
now, today, for PB OS/2. Yet, business sense dictates it's going to
be a 2nd priority and not the first. That was fully explained, and
it's the cold, hard truth. OS/2 users sometimes are 2nd priority
customers, period.
I agree with their decision, I can wait.
