thank you, sergey... using english in here is also part of the echo's
rules... if i could locate my saved translation, i'd autopost it here at
least twice a month... more if necessary...

i've thought about having the posted rules translated into russian and
other languages but am not sure if that is really a good idea... i know of
other echos that do post the rules in 4 or 5 languages but those areas are
pretty void of any discussion these days...
