As far as I know, there are none planned.
Besides - why should Moe get a birthday episode when Homer hasn't had
one yet?  (The closest they have come is in the first clip show; Homer
was in a coma from April 1 to sometime in May, but (if I remember
correctly) his driver's license says his birthday is in April.
