Almost everything in this conference is used!  You asked who made
them, and I stated American manufactuer, which, seeing how they
were RCA's, is what I shipped you.  You never asked if they were
new or used and most people here don't seem to be overly concerned,
as long as the tubes are good.  The tubes I have for
sale all tested good on a tube tester.  The tubes I mailed you
tested good.  I have sold a number of tubes to people, all of them
used, and have never had a complaint, especially over $8.00 worth
of tubes!!  Nevertheless, I mailed you a refund check for $8.00
yesterday for the two tubes that you returned.  I kept $2.00, since
that is what it cost me to mail them to you.
