Is that 1500 peak minutes a month? Or is that offpeak? If it's offpeak, 
forget it, it's a lousy deal but if it's peak, it's a great deal.
I did just under 5000 minutes this month on my BANM account, got unlimited 
offpeak for the year, 20 bucks a month, my total bill was just under 22 
bucks. They must hate me :) The cell one account got a break, a measly 1700 
minutes.
