I saw a brief news article in which the Maryland Attny-Gen
was asked about this and replied that he wasn't going to
get involved in that dogfight. I would assume that she'll
be granted immunity if it is a violation. I doubt she'd be
convicted if prosecuted. After all, she only began the
tapes after being called a liar by Bob Bennett and she then
revealed the tape contents only to the court officer
responsible for the investigation.
I don't see her as being culpable, either ethically or
legally.
