As for the price per copy, that's about what I figured. And if I can finesse the refills, that ppp might go down a bit. > And for vouums of printing the > silence of the Laser compaired to the Dot Martix. And speed. Since the noise never bothered me, I didn't even think to ask. But they've been living with it all this time. I remember the elaborate sound-proofing covers that were in vogue way back to muffle the dot-matrix machines's noise -- but never even considered buying one. Looking back, I think it was a sell-job, because they sure were not as irritating as the typewriters they replaced. And nowadays, when I see a dox-matrix machine, there's no sound-proofing cover in evidence. Thanks for your input. Well, I suppose I better bite the bullet and start in on them, or at least on setting one of them up. And see where we go from there. --- Maximus/2 3.01* Origin: Juxtaposition BBS, Telnet:juxtaposition.dynip.com (1:167/133) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 167/133 379/1 633/267 |
