That's not a bad rate if LD is included. With Tracphone, each unit is 50 
cents, local and incoming calls are one unit, ld calls are two units, and 
roaming is three, if I'm not mistaken. I'll have to check. I think that the 
prepaid is less than a good deal, I don't recommend it to anyone.
The phone is $200 up front.
You need to buy monthly cards which work out to about $24 a month just to 
have the service then about 50 cents for in-market calls.
