Can you get to an AIM book shop (North Sydney or Parramatta)?
They have all sorts of books for this sort of thing. Fill in the 
squares simplicity, check lists, basic forms and many useful things.

I would recommend some of the books that I use(d) but you would be 
better to select one for the level that you are comfortable with.
Perhaps you don't have a degree in Economics. :)

While I admit that if you fail to plan you may be planning to fail, 
the main reason people do business plans is to impress a bank manager 
to borrow the money to start the business. If you don't have to do it 
for the finance take the more general approach and cover the marketing 
aspects in some detail.

Prepare an answer to the statement that "We do all this in house!" 
"The secretaries do it!"

Work on your wrinkle. What have you got that others don't?
Work out whether you are selling efficiency, experience or expertise. 
Expertise pays better but is it relevant to that sort of work?
For example: Can you prove that people read and understand stuff that 
you DTP?
