That is exactly the system I was refering to.  I've seen some traffic from
him recently, but I'm still seeing the 255.255.255.255 IP address at times
during the last 2 days or so....  Due to how I'm moving echos around I know
Todd's system has been up at least part of the time each day for the last
two days.

As you can see in my path line, I have this echo connected through one of
my other feeds....
