Your message was not very clear as to what is happening.  Are you saying that 
the printer is not printing what you see in the document?  If the font size 
is 12 point, are you saying that it sometimes prints in 12 point and other 
times, the very same document prints 10 point without any explanation?
What kind of printer do you have?  Which printer driver are you using in 
Windows 95?
Try this.   Create a dummy document.  Write one line in the default font 
size.  Then write subsequent lines, increasing the font size by 2 points each 
time.  Now print it.  What does it look like when you print it?
