    That happens now in the U.S., where organs are _not_ sold.
    In Greensboro, NC, some guy got a transplant kidney in a prestigious 
hospital...the kidney came complete with the donor's HIV, which the recipient 
contracted.

    The same thing they do about not being able, in America where organs are 
not sold, to afford the same level of care as the Arab sheik who "rented" a
