Hot Damn!  Worked like a charm.  Nag screen removed... Thank you very much!
I quoted back the pertinent part of the message in event anyone else should 
desire to modify their version of CHKDSK.EXE and I hereby verify the Nag 
Screen is gone.  I PKLITEd it after the verification and it's two bytes 
smaller than the original version.
