Hi Daniel,
For the benefit of others the document is a 48-page long [partial]
catalog, with actual examples, of the way Intel has managed to screw
AMD, by manipulating its own treatment of any company having dealings
with AMD, to punish them financially, thus effectively excluding AMD
from the entire global market - from the largest OEMs like Dell/HP/IBM
down to companies like Office Max, thoroughly reprehensible tactics, for
which they should be heavily punished. Their behaviour is just as bad as
Micro$oft's has been, if not worse. Definitely explains why AMD are in
a "BetaMax situation", with the technically superior product, but being
clobbered by unethical business tactics, some of which are almost
unbelievable from a company with the stature of Intel.
Hopefully, in view of the fact that:
"The Japanese Government recognized these competitive harms when on
March 8, 2005, its Fair Trade Commission (the "JFTC") recommended
that Intel be sanctioned for its exclusionary misconduct directed at
AMD. Intel chose not to contest the charges." [i.e. they didn't deny
them!]
US Justice might feel similarly?

Mike
