RVI makes the following frequency changes:
From Saturday 29 November 1997, the (Saturdays only) sports programme
in Dutch at 1900-2100 UTC moves from 9850 and 11725 kHz to 9925 and
11890 kHz to Southern Europe and Africa respectively.
From Monday 1 December 1997, the daily programme in Dutch to Eastern
Europe at 1700-1730 UTC moves from 7255 to 7410 kHz.  This transmission
is via DTK Juelich, 100 kW, 60 degrees.
