    Very nicely.  You are saying the few women are in certain jobs.  You say
it is because those jobs are by nature or by rule of God jobs for men. 
Look back 50 years and nearly every doctor in the US was a man.  Every girl
was told that being a doctor was a "man's job."   Few even tried.
  At the same
time in other countries most doctors were women, not men.  Today in the US
they graduating classes are far closer.  The same foolishness is applied by
people who share some of your misconceptions are are keeping women out of
other jobs.
