33k6. Then she will tell you that you need to send a fax requesting for a RA
number. You will also need a creditcard if you want to have it done quickly.
Then you will be told to send the modem to Supra in the USA.

It will only cost you USD 49,95. You will have to pay shipping costs from
The Netherlands to the USA. And maybe back. I'm not sure. My modem was
broke, so I had it fixed and upgraded all at once. That way it didn't cost
me any shipping costs.
