Always, the smart people build something up. Then the money people come
along and use idiotic (from a customer point of view) policies to bleed
it to death. Current example: eBay. The loony policies (like
"Everybody go to PayPal!") are flowing freely right now. They'll pay.
The customers will pay. But a few executives will waltz home with
hundreds of millions apiece.
