It suggests all nodes are in use, check to see if they are, also run nodespy
and run kill ghost option on nodes that are busy but you know are really not.

Also check badip.txt in data dir and check you local IP is not in there. If
it is remove it, add it to a goodip.txt file in the same data dir, then close
and re-start MIS :)
