POTS dialup is generally about $20US a month... cable is about $40US but
this is generally justified by not having to have a dedicated POTS line so
that you can talkl and be on the internet at the same time... a residential
POTS line is generally about $20US a month and thus 20 for line and 20 for
internet gives the rough 40 the cable charges...
