      Harald sold all rights to Allfix, webutil, and all of his other Fido
programs quite a few years ago.  The guy he sold it to screwed up big time,
in more ways than one, then left Fidonet, and to the best of my knowledge
is not contactable (I have tried).  Since he owed me money, he transferred
all rights to Harald's programs to me at the time he left in lieu of
payment of his debt.

      Harald should remember this, I know that he and I were in contact and
discussed this numerous times.

      I am the legal owner of AllFix, it's source code, and it's duly
registered domain, allfix.com.  There is nobody else, just me.
