 The other international victories include but are not limited to:

1.  The French and Germans are coming back into the fold appropriately humbled.

2.  The USA did not cave in to pressure from the weenies at home and
international community to take the sissy way out rather than protect the
interests of the USA and her citizens.  That is probably the single biggest
victory of the Bush Presidency on the international front.
