Hmm, do allow me to repeat myself once more again: prior to anything, do 
have a look at the file laserjet.lst and while doing this, we can see 
it's already suspicious as there is one one Lexmark listed:

Lexmark WinWriter 600: Lexmark WinWriter 600 (LASERJET.DRV)

There are lots of Lexmarks in the postscript list, but the E210 isn't in 
that ligue, far from it!

Also, be aware, the "E" stands for economy, meaning the device had been 
made to the cheapest standards. Meaning it's certainly a winprinter and 
meaning too it's not meant to last for for long.

When we look for instance here:

we learn that the device isn't a Lexmark but a Samsung ML-4500 and that 
having the right driver is an issue in Linux as well as in Windy.

Bottom line: you better forget about it.

My recommendation is to look at Ebay or any other auction for a Lexmark 
Postscript printer. These devices are meant to last for eternity, and 
they are going very cheap, even with a duplex (strongly recommended) 
included.
