If pamphlets are handed out that approve of the crime of murder in an
attempt to propagandize the students into believing that indiscriminately
killing unborn human fetuses in utero is acceptable in any case based only
upon a gender-biased, unconstitutional right to choose, they can prosecute
the offenders who are doing nothing more than conspiring to kill the
unborn.
