I don't know if this is relevant, but I only see an opening ' no closing one...

Anyway, exit code 9 in the linux unzip is:

     9      the specified zipfiles were not found.

Have you tried it without the -L ?
And maybe loose the qq and add a v while you are still trying to find out what the problem is...
