And as far as I know, not available in the USA.  I did
get a copy from the Netherlands. BUT, even as much as I
like Terry Pratchett, found the book, at best, to be
excessively trite with no new insights to what we all
experience from day to day if slightly exaggerated.
Better reading with less insulting (to cats and humans
alike) glimpses and illustrations on this echo.  :l
