I left all the information in so all of you could see the routing this
came from originally. It was spammed across fidonet on sub after sub.
I called them this morning to just, well, check out their claim.What a
laugh. What a joke. Yes, they will sign anyone up and yes they do ask
that if you own a phone that it be debt free. However, if you do not
have a phone they will give you a Toshiba unit for only $1.79. I did not
investigate that offer, however, I asked the cost per minute. So much
for free. $1.25 per minute outbound, half that per minute in bound. No
wonder they are not worried who they sign up. Nextel, "even Comcast" or
"bell Atlantic" and cellular one do not even come close to this rate.
After hearing the $1.25 per minute charge I thanked the lady and hung
up. Groups such as this need to be shown for what they are (rip offs). I
just thought you would all like to know about this company so you could
steer clear of them.
