what REALLY HAPPENED

The GLOCK fell and struck the ground. upon striking said ground the weapon 
discharged causing a .40 bullet to strike officer who dropped his own weapon.
Right leg below knee has been amputated. 
At this point weapon is being examined by TBI who also carry glocks to 
determine cause. I expect GLOCK  REPS  will examine said weapon as soon as 
they are permitted. I worked with ALI once and his ciy was part of my assignd 
terittory.
