Well it's not the country that has been vaccinated, we didn't coat the land
with terrorist eradication cream so that they die when they step foot in
Iraq.

the analogy would work better with Afghanistan as the country instead of
iraq (iraq=wmd, afghanistan=osama remember?), and remember the flu shot
works by training your immune system so you have to allow time for the
training of the immune system and full recovery before it's effects can be
properly measured.
