Is there more Dioxin or PCB in liver tissue than in other organs or in muscle? I'd expect the biggest build-up in fat tissue since most of the stuff you don't want is not polar or just has some polar piece at one spot. So I'd stay away from highly fatty variants of hamburger. Also, if liver toxin accumulation was a big problem I'd expect a higher rate of various liver diseases as compared to other organ diseases. Perhaps this is the case. Does liver cancer happen more often than other organ cancers?
